By using this website and placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Placing an order
When you place an order you'll receive an email confirming we've received it. That email is an acknowledgement, not acceptance. A contract between us is formed when we dispatch your order or confirm it's ready for collection.
We may decline an order if the item is out of stock, if we've priced something incorrectly, or if we're unable to verify your payment details. If we decline an order you've already paid for, we'll refund you in full.
Prices and payment
All prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Delivery is charged separately and shown at checkout before you pay.
We take payment at the point of order. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout.
We try hard to keep prices accurate, but if we discover a genuine pricing error on an item you've ordered, we'll contact you before proceeding - you can either confirm at the corrected price or cancel for a full refund.
Prices of gold and precious metal items may change in line with market rates. The price you pay is the price shown at the time you place your order.
Our products
Every piece of gold, silver or platinum we sell is hallmarked in accordance with UK hallmarking law where required.
We photograph our jewellery as accurately as we can, but colours can vary between screens, and stones and metals catch the light differently in person. Slight variation between the photograph and the item you receive is normal and isn't a fault.
Many of our pieces are handmade or hand-finished, so small variations between individual items are to be expected - that's part of the character of handmade jewellery.
Ring sizes are given in UK sizing. If you're unsure of your size, please ask us before ordering rather than after.
Where an item is second-hand or pre-owned, we say so clearly in the description.
Bespoke and commissioned work
Bespoke pieces are quoted individually and confirmed in writing before work begins.
We ask for a minimum £250 non-refundable deposit to start the process. This is deducted from the final bill.
Because bespoke pieces are made to your specification, they're exempt from the usual cancellation rights. Our full position on this is in our Refund Policy.
Repairs, valuations and services
Work carried out in our workshop is quoted before we begin, and we won't proceed without your approval.
Valuations are provided for insurance, probate or resale purposes and reflect our professional opinion of value at the date of the valuation. Values change over time and we recommend revaluing every three to five years.
We take great care with every item left with us, but we cannot accept liability for pre-existing weaknesses in a piece that only become apparent during repair. Where we identify a risk, we'll always discuss it with you before starting work.
Items left with us must be collected within a reasonable time. We'll contact you if an item remains uncollected.
Availability of the website
We do our best to keep the site available and accurate, but we can't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or withdraw products, prices and content at any time without notice.
Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't lawfully be limited.
Subject to that, our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. We're not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
These terms don't affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Your privacy
We handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We're members of the National Association of Jewellers and work to their standards of professional conduct.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any dispute will be subject to the courts of England and Wales.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time you place your order is the version that applies.
