Our Founding
In 1952, John James Diggle laid the first bricks of our family legacy on Richmond Street. For four generations, we've poured heart and soul into the art of jewellery.
Our journey began in a humble workshop, completing trade work - until we opened our doors to customers. Over the years, from fathers to sons, the delicate artistry of jewellery making and manufacturing passed seamlessly through the generations.
Changing with the Times
Norman Diggle moved the workshop to Church Street in 1992 - and we continued our quality services, attracting customers from all over the city!
Where other jewellers may sought external workshops, we embraced the balance of tradition and innovation. Andrew and Mark Diggle, carrying the torch forward, invested in modern techniques and tools, ensuring every piece reflects our dedication to the craft and our honour to the shops heritage.

The doors to our jewellers on Church Street closed in 2018, and a decision was made to return to our roots on Richmond Street.
Our modern showroom stands as a blend of the old and new, where we still use the same tried and tested methods of jewellery making in our onsite workshop, while showcasing a beautiful shop to discuss all of our services with our expert staff.
