Refund policy

Unworn, unaltered items in their original condition may be returned
within 28 days of purchase for a full refund. Bespoke, personalised and
custom-made items are non-returnable. Faulty items may be returned at
any time in accordance with your statutory rights under the Consumer
Rights Act 2015. Proof of purchase required.
