What are your opening times?
Our opening times are 9:30-17:00 Monday-Saturday
What about Bank Holidays?
We are closed on all Bank Holidays.
Where are you located?
Our address is 19 Richmond Street, L1 1EE. This can be searched for on Apple and Google Maps and it will direct you to our door. Nearby landmarks include Williamson Square and The Met Quarter.
Where is the nearest car park?
The two nearest car parks are St John’s Car Park and Victoria Street Car Park and are both a short walk away from our shop.
Where is the nearest train station?
Lime Street, Central and Moorfields are all a short walk away from our shop.
Do I need to make an appointment?
No, we do not take appointments for any of our services meaning you can visit us any time you like. Please note that we tend to be a bit quieter in the mornings if you prefer to visit us when it is less busy.
Is your work completed on site?
Yes, all of our work is completed in our onsite workshop by one of our expert jewellers. We only send jewellery away to to be hallmarked.
How long do your repairs take?
The length of time varies from job to job but a lot of our repairs can be completed same day. Repairs such as chain repairs, watch batteries and replacing clasps can usually be completed within an hour! More information about our repairs and alterations can be found here.
How long does a ring resizing take?
Resizing a ring typically takes 1-2 hours to complete but may take longer if we are busy or if we are altering the ring by a lot of sizes.
Can you use my own materials to make something new?
Yes! We can melt down your gold and make something brand new from it. This service is very popular as it will save costs on metals and/or gemstones and will hold the sentimental value of it’s previous state. You can find out more about our remodelling service here.
How long does it take to make something from scratch?
The length of time varies quite a lot for making something from scratch. It really depends on what we’re making. Plain wedding rings can be as soon as a few days whereas a complex ring with a tricky CAD and lots of diamond setting (for example) can be 4-6 weeks.
Do you offer a valuation service?
Yes! We offer a few different types of valuations; including insurance, probate, resale and scrap. More information about our valuations and what type suits you best can be found here.
